How many ads do I get?

About 6 ten-second HD product ads a month on Starter and about 21 on Pro, like the blender ad on this page. With Wan 3.0, our lower-cost model, it’s about 12 or 43. The exact cost shows before every video.

Can I add my own product photo?

Yes, with any plan. Add your product photo in Create and type what happens. AI can change small details like label text, so check each video before you post it.

Can I add captions, a voiceover and music?

Yes. The AI Studio adds them to any video as layers, so you can change the words or the song without making a new video. Captions, voiceover takes and songs use a few credits, and the cost shows before you confirm.

Do I have to label AI ads?

Meta and TikTok have their own rules for labeling AI in ads, so follow the platform’s rules. Never present an AI person as a real customer.

What if generation fails or I don’t like the result?

If a generation fails, your credits are returned automatically. AI results can vary; a completed, usable result uses credits even if you prefer another take. Generating again is a new paid action.

Can I cancel or get more credits?

You can cancel renewal and use your monthly credits until the paid period ends. Monthly credits don’t roll over. Active subscribers can buy more credits at their plan’s rate, from $10 to $100 at a time: 1,000 credits per $10 on Starter and 1,400 on Pro. Top-up credits don’t expire, are used after monthly credits, and remain usable after cancellation.
