DailyReels Terms of Service

Version: 1.0
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Last updated: October 15, 2026

The short version

This summary helps you find the important parts. It doesn't replace the full Terms below.

  • You must be an adult (18 or older, or older if your state requires it) and live in the United States to use DailyReels.
  • Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel online anytime, with no fee. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.
  • Monthly credits expire at the end of each paid month. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is open. If you close your account, we refund the top-up credits you paid for and haven't used. You lose unused credits if we close your account because you broke these Terms. Credits we give back after a failed job can expire sooner (Section 6.7).
  • Every paid button shows its exact credit cost before you confirm. If a paid job fails, you get those credits back automatically.
  • Payments are generally final. We don't refund unused monthly credits or results you didn't like. We do refund duplicate or mistaken charges, a renewal charged after you asked in time to cancel, and anything the law requires.
  • What you make is yours, not ours. Our library music and stock voices stay ours, and we let you use them in your reels. AI outputs may not be protected by copyright, and other people can get similar results.
  • DailyReels never uses your content to train AI models, and never puts it in our marketing unless you say yes. Our AI providers have their own policies (Section 8.6).
  • No sexually explicit content, no real people, no deepfakes, no voice imitation, no hate, and nothing illegal.
  • You're responsible for what you post, including labeling AI content where rules require it. We don't promise views, followers, income, or that any video will go viral.
  • If something goes wrong, talk to us first at support@dailyreels.ai. Idaho law applies.

Automatic renewal notice. When you subscribe, your plan renews automatically each month. We charge the payment method you chose the price shown when you subscribed, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. If the price changes, we'll email you first (Section 5.6). You can cancel anytime online in the app. See Section 5.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

DailyReels is operated by DailyReels LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("DailyReels," "we," "us," or "our"). Our mailing address is 784 S Clearwater Loop, Ste R, Post Falls, ID 83854. You can reach us at support@dailyreels.ai.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and us. They apply when you use dailyreels.ai and everything on it (together, the "Service"). That includes:

  • our website and the DailyReels studio, and
  • paid plans and credit purchases.

Our Copyright Policy is part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Please read it too.

How you agree. You agree to these Terms when you tap a button that says you agree, for example when you create an account or subscribe. If you don't agree, please don't use DailyReels.

2. Who can use DailyReels

You can use DailyReels only if all of these are true:

  • You're at least 18, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live. In a few states, that age is 19 or 21.
  • You live in the United States. We don't offer the Service anywhere else right now.
  • You're allowed to receive services under U.S. law. For example, you're not on a U.S. government sanctions list.
  • We haven't banned you from DailyReels before.

DailyReels is not for children or anyone under the age this section requires. If we learn that an account belongs to someone who isn't old enough under this section, we'll close it, refund what they paid for credits they haven't used, and delete its content, except records we must keep (Section 8.5).

3. Your account

  • How you sign in. You sign in with your email and a password, or with Google or Facebook. That means your account is only as safe as your password and your email, Google or Facebook account, so please keep those secure.
  • Your account is yours alone. Don't share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
  • People and tools acting for you. Anyone you let use your account counts as you, including an AI assistant, browser agent, or other automated tool. You're responsible for what they do there, including the credits they spend.
  • One account per person. Don't create extra accounts, including to get around limits, a suspension, or a ban.
  • Your responsibility. You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else got into it, email us right away at support@dailyreels.ai.
  • Your email address. Your email address is how you sign in and how we reach you. We send receipts, billing notices, and legal notices there. If you lose access to it, email us from another address. We'll help you prove the account is yours, and we'll make changes to the account only after we verify you own it.

4. What DailyReels does

DailyReels is a web studio, designed for your phone, for making short vertical videos (9:16 reels). It also works on a computer. You're the director. AI tools do specific jobs when you tap a button. Depending on what's available to you, you can:

  • get written reel ideas,
  • keep your videos, references and ideas together in channels,
  • turn your words, and if you like, reference images, into short video clips made by third-party AI video models,
  • make still images from your words, and if you like, your own pictures,
  • add a voiceover in one of our stock AI voices or one of your saved AI voices,
  • generate a new AI voice from a description you type,
  • add captions, music from our library, or AI-made music (with or without lyrics you write),
  • put your clips together into a finished reel, and
  • get a suggested post title, description, and tags.

Captions are in English.

Your work is saved in your library in your account. You can download it, or share it using your phone's share button. DailyReels doesn't post to your social accounts for you, and there's no public gallery.

Things change. We regularly add, change, and remove features, AI models, voices, music, lengths, and quality options. We don't promise that any particular model or option will stay available. The app always shows what's available to you right now.

Preview features. Some features may be labeled "preview" or "beta." They may be less reliable, and they may change or go away.

What DailyReels is not:

  • It's not a promise of views, followers, sales, or income.
  • It's not a tool for making realistic videos of real people.
  • It's not legal advice about what you can post.

5. Plans, billing, and automatic renewal

5.1 How plans work

DailyReels has monthly paid plans. Every plan has the same features. The difference is how many credits you get each month.

Current prices, monthly credit amounts and monthly render allowances are shown in the pricing section of our home page and at checkout before you pay. Estimates like the number of short reels on our plan cards are based on one sample reel, not a limit or a promise. What your credits actually make depends on the choices you make.

There's no free plan or free trial. Without a plan, your account is a free account: you can sign in and keep your library. A new account may also get a one-time welcome gift of credits for one short first video. It expires on the date shown in your credit activity, has no cash value, and is limited to one per person. Most other features, such as image uploads, other models, longer videos, and the Studio, need a plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe's secure checkout page. We don't see or store your full card number.

5.2 Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. When you subscribe, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method:

  • the plan price shown when you subscribed, plus any applicable tax,
  • on the day you subscribe, and then
  • on about the same date every month after that (your "billing date"),

until you cancel. If we change the price, we'll email you first (Section 5.6). You can cancel anytime online, as explained below.

We'll show these renewal terms right next to the button you tap to pay, and ask you to agree to them before you pay. After you subscribe, we'll email you a confirmation with these renewal terms, how to cancel, and a link to these Terms.

5.3 Canceling your plan

You can cancel anytime. There's no cancellation fee, and you don't have to give a reason.

  • In the app: tap your credit balance at the top of the app, open Plan & billing, and tap Cancel plan.
  • By email: in Plan & billing, tap Email us to cancel. It opens an email already filled in for you, ready to send. Or email support@dailyreels.ai from the email address on your account and say you want to cancel. We'll cancel your plan and confirm by email.
  • If a renewal goes through after you asked us in time to cancel, we refund that whole charge.

To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. You won't be charged again.
  • Your monthly credits stay usable until that period ends.
  • Your top-up credits and any restored credits stay usable under their own rules (Section 6).
  • Your library isn't deleted.
  • We don't give partial refunds for the rest of the period (Section 7).

5.4 Changing plans

You can change your plan in the app.

  • Upgrading starts right away. When you move to a bigger plan, a new monthly period starts that day and your billing date moves to that day. The new plan's monthly credits are added at once and replace your old plan's unused monthly credits. Those unused monthly credits count toward the new plan's first month at 1 cent per credit (up to one month of the old plan's credits), and you pay the rest. Top-up credits aren't affected. The exact charge is shown before you confirm.
  • Downgrading starts on your next billing date. Until then, you keep your current plan and credits, and you're not charged any difference.

5.5 Failed payments

If a renewal payment doesn't go through:

  • You won't get the next month's credits until the payment succeeds.
  • Credits you already have stay usable until they'd normally expire.
  • Top-up credits stay usable.
  • Until your plan is active again, you can't buy new top-ups, and the included daily writing help (Section 6.6) isn't available. Writing help then costs credits, shown on the button.

Stripe may try the charge again. If a later try succeeds, you get that month's credits once. Those credits still expire at the end of that billing period, so if the payment goes through late, you'll have less time to use them. If payment keeps failing, your plan may end.

5.6 Price changes

We may change plan prices. If we change the price of your plan:

  • We'll email you at least 10 days, and no more than 30 days, before we first charge you the new price, and remind you how to cancel.
  • The new price starts with a billing period after that notice. It never changes a period you've already paid for.
  • If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before it applies.

5.7 Taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include sales tax. Where sales tax or a similar tax applies, we add it at checkout and show it before you pay.

6. Credits

6.1 What credits are

Credits are how you pay for AI generation in DailyReels. Your balance is shown at the top of the app, along with a list of your recent credit activity.

  • Credits are a prepaid allowance for using DailyReels. They are not money, a bank balance, or a gift card.
  • Credits have no cash value. You can't cash them out, sell them, or move them to another account, except where the law requires.
  • Credits can only be used on DailyReels.
  • What things cost. The app shows what each action costs in credits before you confirm it, and our home page shows about what a credit costs in dollars on each plan.
  • Kinds of credits. Monthly credits come with a paid plan (Section 6.2). Top-up credits are ones you buy (Section 6.3). Restored credits are credits we give back after a failed job (Section 6.7). Promotional credits are credits we give you for free, such as the welcome gift for a new account (Section 5.1) or bonus credits for helpful feedback (Section 15). Promotional credits have no cash value, are never refunded, and expire on the date shown in your credit activity.

6.2 Monthly credits

Each time a plan payment goes through, you get that plan's monthly credits.

  • Monthly credits last until the end of that paid billing period.
  • They don't roll over. At renewal, any unused monthly credits expire, and the new month's credits replace them.
  • If you cancel, your last month's credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for.

Example: You subscribe on the 12th. Your monthly credits arrive once your payment is confirmed. Any you haven't used by the 12th of the next month expire. That month's credits arrive when your renewal payment goes through.

6.3 Top-up credits

If you need more credits, you can buy a top-up pack while you have an active paid plan.

  • Top-up credits don't expire while your account is open. They end only when your account is closed. Section 18 explains when we refund them.
  • They stay usable if you cancel your plan or a renewal payment fails.
  • You can't buy a new top-up while your plan isn't active.
  • Top-ups may be unavailable for a short time just before your plan renews.
  • There's no automatic refill. You're only charged for a top-up when you choose to buy one.

Top-up sizes and prices are shown in the app before you pay.

6.4 Which credits get used first

When you spend credits, we use the credits that expire soonest first. Monthly, restored and promotional credits all have an end date, so they're used before top-up credits, in the order they expire. Top-up credits, which don't expire while your account is open, are used last, oldest first.

6.5 You see the cost before you spend

  • Every button that spends credits shows the exact cost before you confirm. You confirm by pressing and holding.
  • If the cost changed after we showed it to you, we don't charge you. We show you the new cost and ask you to confirm again. For example, this can happen if you used your last free writing result in another tab.
  • Tapping twice, reloading, or a network hiccup won't charge you twice for the same action.
  • Choosing to try again (a "re-roll") is a new action, and it costs credits again.

6.6 What's included without credits

Some things don't use credits:

  • putting clips together, downloading a finished video again, and sharing,
  • with an active plan, your plan's monthly render allowance: the finished renders (adding captions, a voiceover or music layer, or a finished reel file) included each billing period. The allowance for each plan is shown on our pricing and in your account under Renders this month. A render that fails doesn't count. Past the allowance, each render costs a small number of credits, shown before you confirm. The allowance resets at each billing date and doesn't roll over,
  • music from our library,
  • one saved post draft (title, description, and tags) for each finished video, and
  • with an active plan, a daily number of text ideas and voiceover scripts combined, shown in the app.

The daily count resets at midnight Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), which is afternoon or evening in U.S. time zones. With a plan, after the daily number, each one costs a small number of credits, shown on the button. Without a plan, writing help costs credits.

What's included can change. The app always shows whether something costs credits before you confirm.

6.7 When something fails, your credits come back

If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side or our AI provider's side, you get those credits back automatically. This covers cases where:

  • the job fails before it's sent to the AI provider,
  • the AI provider refuses the request or can't finish it (including when the provider's own safety filter blocks it), or
  • the provider finishes, but we can't save a usable file.

If we can't yet tell whether a job worked, we hold those credits while we check. We won't quietly retry the job for you, and we won't charge you twice. Once we know the outcome, you'll either get the result or get the credits back. If a job stalls, it stops on its own and your credits come back automatically. If credits ever stay reserved for more than an hour, email us and we'll fix it.

Where restored credits go:

  • Credits go back to where they came from.
  • If they came from monthly credits that have since expired, they come back as restored credits. Those last 7 days from when they're restored.
  • Promotional or restored credits that had already expired aren't restored again.
  • Restored top-up credits don't expire while your account is open.

What doesn't get credits back: a result that works but isn't what you hoped for. AI results vary, and a new attempt is a new charge. Restored credits are not a cash refund.

Blocked requests are free. If our own safety check blocks a request, it's stopped before any credits are charged.

6.8 Changes to credit costs

We may change how many credits an action costs, add new paid actions, or change what's included.

  • A change applies only to actions you confirm after it takes effect. The cost shown on the button is the cost you pay.
  • If we raise the credit cost of an action that already exists, or shrink a plan's monthly credits or render allowance, we'll email you before the change. You'll get the same notice as for a price change (Section 5.6). New actions and new models can launch at any price shown on the button.

7. Refunds and payment disputes

Each AI generation costs us real money the moment it runs, so payments are generally final.

We don't refund:

  • unused monthly credits,
  • a month you didn't use much,
  • results you didn't like, or
  • the rest of a billing period after you cancel. You keep access until the period ends.

We do refund:

  • duplicate charges,
  • charges made by mistake, including a wrong amount and a renewal charged after you asked us in time to cancel,
  • unused top-up credits you paid for, when you close your account or we close it without cause (Section 18), and
  • any refund the law requires.

To ask for a refund, email support@dailyreels.ai with your account email and the date and amount of the charge.

Our mistakes never leave you owing credits.

What happens to your credits after a refund:

  • Refunds we give for our own mistake, or because the law requires it: we remove only the credits from that payment you haven't used. We won't put your balance below zero.
  • Card disputes (chargebacks) decided in your favor: we remove the credits that payment gave you. If you already spent some of them, your balance may go below zero. While it's below zero, you can't start new work in the studio, including actions that are normally included. You can still sign in and download work you've already finished. Your next payment first covers the amount below zero, so that payment gives you fewer credits to use.

Payment disputes. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually fix billing mistakes faster than a bank can. We don't charge fees or penalties for disputes.

8. Your content

8.1 What we mean

  • "Inputs" means what you give DailyReels: prompts, directions, scripts, reference images, and the choices you make.
  • "Outputs" means what the Service makes for you: ideas, video clips, images, voiceover audio, AI music, captions, post text, and finished reels. Outputs don't include Library Materials (Section 15), even when they appear inside a finished reel.
  • "Your Content" means your Inputs and your Outputs together.

8.2 Your Inputs stay yours

You keep all the rights you have in your Inputs. We don't claim ownership of them.

8.3 Your Outputs

As between you and us, your Outputs belong to you. (That means we don't claim them. We can't speak for anyone else's rights.) To the extent we have any rights in your Outputs, we transfer them to you. This doesn't include Library Materials, such as library music, stock voices, caption styles, and fonts. We license those to you instead (Section 15).

You can use your Outputs for any lawful purpose these Terms allow (see Section 10), including commercial uses like ads and monetized posts. You can also pass your Outputs on to clients or anyone else, as long as their use follows these Terms too. Section 15 has special rules for Library Materials.

Your right to use Outputs you've already made doesn't depend on keeping a subscription.

8.4 What you should know about AI Outputs

  • AI Outputs may not be protected by copyright. Under current U.S. law, copyright generally requires a human author, and a prompt alone usually isn't enough. Your own creative choices may be protected, such as your script or how you select and arrange clips. We can't promise that any Output can be copyrighted.
  • Outputs aren't exclusive. Other people may get similar results, and they can use theirs.
  • Outputs can include mistakes, or things that look like existing works, people, brands, or places. We don't check whether anyone else has rights in an Output. Before you use one, especially for business, make sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
  • If you register a copyright in something you made with DailyReels, you're responsible for telling the U.S. Copyright Office which parts AI made, as it requires.

8.5 The permission you give us

To run DailyReels, we need your permission to handle Your Content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, send, display to you, and change the format of Your Content (for example, to resize, compress, or add captions). We use this permission only as needed to:

  • provide the Service to you, including sending Your Content to our AI providers to make your Outputs,
  • keep DailyReels safe and secure, prevent abuse, and enforce these Terms,
  • give you support you ask for,
  • find and fix problems and improve the Service, for example by reviewing error and cost records (never by training AI models on Your Content, Section 8.6),
  • keep records we need for billing, accounting, and legal reasons, and
  • follow the law.

Our service providers, like our hosting, storage, payment, and AI providers, may do these things for us.

This permission lasts while Your Content is in your account. It ends when you delete the content or your account is closed, except for:

  • limited records we keep for billing, accounting, security, and legal reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy,
  • copies our providers keep until their own deletion schedules remove them, and
  • anything we must keep by law.

8.6 What we don't do with Your Content

  • We don't use Your Content in our advertising or show it publicly unless you give us separate permission for that piece of content.
  • We never use Your Content to train AI models. This is a lasting promise.
  • We don't browse your library. We look at Your Content only when needed for a purpose in Section 8.5. For example: to fix a problem you reported, to look into a report of abuse, to find what caused a failed job, or to follow the law.

Our AI providers have their own data policies. Our Privacy Policy lists which providers receive Your Content and what we know about how they handle it.

8.7 Our AI providers

DailyReels uses third-party AI models to make Outputs, including video, image, voice, music, captioning, and writing models. When you use a feature, the content it needs goes to the provider that runs it. That can include your Inputs and your earlier Outputs. For example, still frames from your clip go to our writing model when we write a voiceover, and your reel's audio goes to our captioning model when we make captions.

  • You must also follow the use rules of the provider that runs a feature. We list them on our AI providers page. If a provider's rule is stricter than ours, the stricter rule applies.
  • A provider may refuse a request on its own. If that happens, your credits come back (Section 6.7).
  • We may switch providers or models at any time.

8.8 Your library, deleting, and keeping copies

  • Other DailyReels users can't see your library. There's no public gallery. Our AI providers keep their own copies for a time, and some may be reachable by anyone with the exact link until the provider deletes them. Our Privacy Policy explains which providers keep what, and for how long.
  • We keep your saved clips, reels, projects, and other Outputs while you have a plan. Canceling your plan doesn't delete them right away.
  • After your plan ends, we keep your library for 12 months. Before we delete it, we email you at least 30 days ahead so you can download what you want. Subscribing again at any point before then keeps everything.
  • If you've never had a paid plan, we keep your library until you delete it or your account.
  • Please keep your own copies. We keep backups to recover from problems on our side, but they aren't a service you can use to restore something you deleted, and no system is perfect. Download anything that matters to you.

Deleting: You can delete clips, projects, channels, ideas, and photos you uploaded in the app. You can remove saved voices in the app too. To delete AI-made images or voiceover takes, email us and we'll do it for you.

  • When you delete a clip, we remove it from your library. Some copies and records stay for a limited time, as Section 8.5 and our Privacy Policy explain. For example, we keep a small record (like the model used, the length, and the credits spent) for billing and accounting.
  • A clip that's still being made can't be deleted until it finishes. A clip used in a project can't be deleted until you delete the project.

To close your whole account, see Section 18.

9. Uploads, real people, and voices

9.1 Your promises about uploads

When you upload a reference image or anything else, you promise that:

  • you own it, or you have permission to use it this way, and
  • using it in DailyReels won't violate anyone's rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights) or any law.

9.2 Real people

DailyReels is built for original scenes, not for recreating real people. So:

  • Don't upload photos in which a real person can be recognized, including you.
  • Don't ask for a real, identifiable person by name or by description. That includes celebrities, politicians, influencers, and people you know.
  • Don't make anything that could lead people to believe a real person did or said something they didn't.

These rules apply even if the person gave you permission or signed a release. We can't check permissions, so we don't accept them. Our AI providers may also refuse these requests on their own.

9.3 Voices

DailyReels voices are AI voices. We don't clone real people's voices, and you can't upload voice recordings.

  • Voiceovers use our stock AI voices, or one of your saved AI voices.
  • Where the app offers Save this voice, you can save the AI voice from one of your own DailyReels clips and reuse it in new clips and voiceovers. Only voices made by DailyReels can be saved.
  • With Generate a voice, you describe a voice in your own words, and we generate a new synthetic AI voice from that description and save it with your voices. It isn't a real person's voice. We refuse descriptions that ask for a real or famous person's voice, or a character's voice that a company owns.
  • Don't try to make any voice imitate a specific real person.

9.4 How your uploaded photos are handled

Before a photo leaves your device, the app resizes it and saves it as a new image. This removes hidden photo details, like location data. The new image is then sent to the AI provider that makes your clip. We keep the resized photo privately in your library so you can reuse it. You can delete it there at any time, and it's deleted with your account or under our library retention rules. The provider may keep a copy for a limited time under its own policy. Our Privacy Policy has details.

We automatically check every image you upload before it's used, as a good-faith effort to block real people, characters a company owns, and famous logos shown on their own, and we may block an image. No automatic check can promise to catch everything. You're responsible for what you upload. If we learn that an upload or an Output breaks these rules, we may remove it and take the steps in Section 12.

10. Content and conduct rules

Keep it legal, honest, and kind. You may not use DailyReels to create, upload, or share anything in the categories below, or help anyone else do it. These rules apply to Inputs and Outputs, including text, images, video, and audio. Our AI providers' own rules also apply (Section 8.7).

10.1 Child safety (zero tolerance)

  • Any sexual or sexualized content involving anyone under 18. This includes real, fictional, and AI-made content, and content that appears to show a minor.
  • Anything that grooms, exploits, or endangers children.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as federal law requires, and we close the account.

10.2 Sexual content and intimate images

  • Pornography or sexually explicit content, including sexual acts and nudity meant to arouse.
  • Intimate or sexual images of a real person, or of someone who looks like a real person, without their consent. This includes AI-made "deepfake" intimate images.
  • Sexual violence or non-consensual sex.
  • Sexual content involving animals.

10.3 Violence and harm

  • Graphic gore, torture, dismemberment, or cruelty to people or animals.
  • Threats, or content that encourages violence against people or groups.
  • Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Content that encourages or explains suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
  • Instructions for making weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances, or for committing crimes.

10.4 Hate and harassment

  • Content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or another protected trait.
  • Bullying, harassing, or humiliating anyone.
  • Sharing someone's private information, like a home address, without permission.

10.5 Deception and fraud

  • Impersonating a real person, brand, or organization, or suggesting an endorsement that doesn't exist.
  • Realistic content showing a real person doing or saying something they didn't.
  • Presenting AI-made video as real footage of a real event in a way that could mislead people. For example: fake news, a fake disaster, or a fake crime.
  • Misleading content about elections or voting, including fake content about candidates or officials, or false information about how, when, or where to vote.
  • Scams, fraud, phishing, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or false product claims.
  • False information that could cause real harm to public health or safety.

10.6 Other people's rights

  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. For example: uploading material you don't have rights to, or making Outputs that copy protected characters, logos, or songs.
  • Violating anyone's privacy or publicity rights.
  • Uploading other people's personal documents or data, like IDs, financial or health information, or private messages.
  • Putting sensitive personal details in prompts, scripts, or uploads, whether yours or someone else's. That includes ID numbers, card or bank numbers, health information, home addresses, and passwords.

10.7 Illegal activity

  • Anything illegal, or anything that promotes illegal goods or services, such as illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking.

10.8 Misusing the Service

  • Trying to get around our safety checks, credit system, or limits. That includes prompt tricks meant to get blocked content ("jailbreaking").
  • Using bots, scripts, or scrapers, or using DailyReels any way other than through our website.
  • Copying, reverse engineering, or reselling the Service, or selling access to your account.
  • Using DailyReels or its Outputs to build or train a competing AI model or service.
  • Using DailyReels to identify people from images, or to guess sensitive traits about them (like health, religion, or sexual orientation).
  • Removing or hiding AI labels, watermarks, or content credentials where the law or our providers require them to stay.
  • Attacking, probing, or overloading our systems, or spreading malware. If you find a security problem, please tell us at legal@dailyreels.ai with the subject "Security".
  • Taking advantage of a bug, such as one that gives free credits. If you find one, please tell us. We may correct balances affected by a bug.

11. Posting your reels

You decide where and how to post your reels. You're responsible for what you post.

  • Follow each platform's rules. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others have their own rules, including rules about labeling realistic AI-made content.
  • Be honest that it's AI. Don't present AI-made video as real footage in a way that could mislead viewers. Some laws require AI disclosures for certain content. For example, ads shown in New York that feature AI-generated people, and political ads in some states, including Idaho. You're responsible for following the disclosure laws that apply to your posts.
  • Check what the AI wrote. AI writes the suggested ideas, scripts, captions, titles, descriptions, and tags, and they can be wrong. Our suggested post text may include an AI hashtag, like #AI. That's a helpful suggestion, not a guarantee that your post follows every rule. Review everything before you post.
  • Leave AI markers in place. Some AI providers add invisible marks or "content credentials" that identify content as AI-made. Don't remove or tamper with them where the law or provider terms require them to stay. For example, Google's models add an invisible SynthID mark. DailyReels doesn't currently add its own visible watermark or label to your files. We may add labels or AI-identifying information in the future.
  • No performance promises. DailyReels makes videos; it doesn't control how platforms or audiences respond. We don't promise that your reels will get views, followers, engagement, sales, or income, that any video will go viral, or that any platform will accept, recommend, or pay for them. Words like "viral" on our site describe the style of video you can make, not a result. Example view counts shown on our site are illustrations, not real results.

12. How we enforce these rules

Automatic checks. Before we generate a video, image, song, voiceover or voice, we automatically check your words and the images you upload. This is a good-faith effort to block protected material: real, famous people (including their voices), characters, creatures and other things a company owns, famous logos shown on their own or used as that brand's own ad, real songs and lyrics, and recreated scenes from movies, shows or games. No automatic check can promise to catch everything, so you're still responsible for what you post (Section 11). If we block a request, you're not charged. If the check can't run, nothing is generated and you're not charged. Our AI providers also have their own safety systems and may refuse a request. If that happens, your credits come back (Section 6.7). If you think we blocked something by mistake, email support@dailyreels.ai.

What we may do. We don't review everything people make, and we don't have to. But if we believe content or activity breaks these Terms or the law, or puts people or DailyReels at risk, we may:

  • refuse or stop a request,
  • remove or disable content,
  • limit features,
  • suspend or close your account, and
  • report it to law enforcement when appropriate or required.

If we tell you something you made breaks these Terms or someone's rights, stop sharing it, delete the copies you control, and don't make it again.

We'll usually tell you what we did and why. When it's reasonable, we'll give you a chance to fix the problem first. For serious violations, like child safety, intimate images, threats, or fraud, or when the law requires it, we may act right away without warning.

Appeals. If you think we got it wrong, email legal@dailyreels.ai with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. A person will review it and reply within 2 business days.

13. Reporting problems

If you see content made with DailyReels that breaks these rules, or if someone used DailyReels to depict you without permission, tell us at legal@dailyreels.ai. Please include:

  • what you found,
  • where you found it (a link, if you have one), and
  • how to reach you.

Intimate images. If your report is about an intimate image of you (or of someone you're allowed to act for) shared without consent, write "Intimate image" in the subject line. We remove the image from our systems, and ask our providers to delete their copies, within 48 hours of a valid request.

Child safety. Report it to us right away. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

Other users can't see DailyReels libraries, and there's no public gallery, so we usually don't host content made with DailyReels publicly. Copies held by our AI providers may be reachable by anyone with the exact link until the provider deletes them (Section 8.8). We can remove content from our own systems, ask our providers to delete their copies, and take action on accounts. We can't remove posts on other websites or apps, so please also report those to that platform.

We respect copyright, and we expect you to as well. Our full Copyright Policy explains the process. In short:

To report infringement, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent:

Copyright Agent, DailyReels LLC
784 S Clearwater Loop, Ste R, Post Falls, ID 83854
legal@dailyreels.ai

Your notice must include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature,
  2. the copyrighted work you believe was infringed,
  3. the material you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it,
  4. your name, address, phone number, and email,
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices. If we remove your content because of a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. Our Copyright Policy explains what to include. If we get a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days later, unless the person who complained tells us they've filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Our Copyright Policy explains how we count.

False claims. Under U.S. copyright law, anyone who knowingly sends a false notice or counter-notice can be held responsible for the damages it causes.

15. Our stuff

DailyReels belongs to us. The software, app design, brand, logos, and the DailyReels name belong to us or our licensors. You may truthfully say a reel was made with DailyReels. Otherwise, these Terms don't let you use our name or logos.

Your license to use DailyReels. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. It can end if your account is closed.

Library Materials. DailyReels includes materials we provide, like library music, stock voices, caption styles, and fonts ("Library Materials"). They stay ours or our licensors'. They aren't Outputs, and we don't transfer them to you. Library music is instrumental.

When you include Library Materials in a reel you make with DailyReels, you can use and share that reel, including on social platforms. You may not pull out library music, voices, or other Library Materials and use or share them on their own, for example as a separate music file or sound library. A platform's automatic copyright check might still flag a reel. If that happens, tell us and we'll help.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything. We may choose to thank especially helpful feedback with bonus credits. That's up to us, it isn't payment for the feedback, and bonus credits follow the same rules as other promotional credits.

16. Other companies' services

DailyReels relies on other companies, including:

  • Stripe, for payments and billing,
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, and
  • hosting, storage, email, and AI providers.

When you use Stripe's checkout or billing pages, Stripe's terms also apply. When you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply. When you use an AI feature, that provider's use rules also apply (Section 8.7).

We aren't responsible for other companies' websites or services we don't control. That doesn't limit our own responsibilities to you under these Terms or the law.

17. Changes to DailyReels

We're always working on DailyReels. We may add, change, or remove features, AI models, voices, music, and options. We may also pause the Service for maintenance, or pause new paid actions if something goes wrong. During a pause, you can still sign in and download your work where possible.

If we pause new paid actions for more than 24 hours in a row, we'll give back, as make-up credits, the monthly credits that expired during the pause.

If we remove something that's a major part of what paid plans include, we'll tell you ahead of time when we reasonably can.

If we decide to shut down DailyReels, we'll email you at least 30 days ahead, so you can use your credits and download your work, and we'll refund the top-up credits you paid for and haven't used.

18. Closing your account

18.1 If you want to leave

You can stop using DailyReels anytime. To cancel your plan, see Section 5.3.

To close your account and delete your data, open your account page and tap Delete account, or email support@dailyreels.ai from your account email. Either way, we email a link to your account address, and we delete the account after you confirm with it. We finish within 30 days. Before you do:

  • Download anything you want to keep. Closing your account deletes your library.
  • Monthly credits end. We refund the top-up credits you paid for and haven't used, to your original payment method.
  • Closing your account also cancels your plan.

18.2 If we close or suspend your account

We may suspend or close your account if:

  • you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms,
  • the law requires it, or
  • your use creates serious risk or legal exposure for other people or for DailyReels.

For less serious problems, we'll warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix things. For serious violations (Section 12), we may act right away.

A balance below zero after a card dispute only blocks new work (Section 7). It isn't a reason we close accounts.

We may also close accounts for reasons that have nothing to do with you, such as shutting down the Service. If so, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice.

18.3 What happens to your credits and content

  • If we close your account because you broke these Terms, you lose your remaining credits, and we may delete your content. When it's reasonable and legal, we'll give you a chance to download content that doesn't break the rules.
  • If we close your account without cause, or shut down, you'll get at least 30 days to use your credits and download your work, and we'll refund the top-up credits you paid for and haven't used.

18.4 What survives

If these Terms end, the parts meant to continue still apply. That includes Sections 6.1, 7, 8.3, 8.4, the last paragraph of 8.5, 8.6, 9.1, 11, 14, 15, 18.3, and 19 through 26.

19. Disclaimers

We work hard to make DailyReels good. But we have to be clear about its limits.

Except for the promises we make in these Terms (for example, showing the cost before you spend and giving back credits for failed jobs), the Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

In particular, we don't promise that:

  • the Service will always be available, fast, or free of errors,
  • a job will finish within any particular time (time estimates are guesses and depend partly on our AI providers),
  • any specific AI model, feature, or quality level will be available,
  • Outputs will be accurate, original, unique, right for your purpose, free of errors or odd visual or audio glitches, or free of other people's rights,
  • our safety checks will catch everything, or never block something harmless, or
  • stored content will never be lost.

AI results can be unexpected. Ideas, scripts, captions, and post text can contain factual errors. Nothing DailyReels makes is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived by contract.

20. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, followers, or data, arising from these Terms or the Service, even if we knew they were possible.
  • Our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greatest of:
    • the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim,
    • $100, or
    • any minimum amount a law gives you for that claim.

These limits don't apply to:

  • our fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct,
  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or
  • any liability the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Nothing in these Terms shortens the time you have to bring a claim.

21. If someone makes a claim against us because of you

Someone may make a legal claim against us because content you uploaded broke Section 9.1 or Section 10, or because you asked DailyReels to make content that breaks Section 10.6, or because you used or published Your Content in a way that breaks these Terms or the law. If that happens, you'll cover the reasonable costs, losses, and damages that result, including reasonable attorney fees.

This doesn't apply to the extent the claim was caused by our own actions or our own breach of these Terms. We'll tell you promptly about any such claim. We may choose to handle the defense ourselves, at our own cost, and if we do, you'll help us in reasonable ways. We won't settle a claim in a way that requires you to admit fault or pay money without your consent.

22. Resolving disputes

22.1 Talk to us first

Most problems can be solved quickly. Before either of us files a claim, the one with the complaint will send the other a written description:

  • To us: email legal@dailyreels.ai, or mail 784 S Clearwater Loop, Ste R, Post Falls, ID 83854.
  • To you: we'll email the address on your account.

Include your name, your account email, what happened, and what you'd like us to do. We'll both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Any deadline for filing a claim is paused during that time.

This step doesn't apply to small claims court, and it never stops you from contacting a government agency, such as your state attorney general.

22.2 Small claims court

Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, in Idaho or in the county where you live, if the claim qualifies.

22.3 Where other disputes are decided

Except for small claims, any dispute about these Terms or the Service will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You and we both agree those courts can hear the case. If the law of the state where you live gives you the right to bring your claim in your home state instead, you keep that right.

22.4 Which law applies

Idaho law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside Idaho, you keep any protections under your home state's consumer laws that can't be waived by contract.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the version and date at the top and keep past versions available on request: email support@dailyreels.ai.

  • Important changes: we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect, and we'll ask you to accept the new Terms in the app. If a change affects your plan's renewal terms, the notice will also explain how to cancel.
  • If you haven't accepted by the date they take effect, your plan won't renew. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you don't have a plan, you can still sign in and download your work, but you can't start new work until you accept.
  • Small changes may take effect when posted. Examples: fixing typos, making something clearer, or changes required by law or for safety.
  • No going backward. Changes don't apply to anything that happened before they took effect, or to a dispute that started before then.
  • If you don't agree, you can cancel your plan and close your account before the change takes effect.

24. How we'll contact you

You agree that we can send you notices electronically, by email to your account address or in the app. Electronic notices count as written notices.

  • Service emails (receipts, billing notices, and changes to these Terms) aren't optional while you have an account.
  • Marketing emails are optional. We send them only if you say yes, and you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email.
  • We don't send text messages.

Send legal notices to us at legal@dailyreels.ai and 784 S Clearwater Loop, Ste R, Post Falls, ID 83854.

26. General terms

  • Transfer. You can't transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else. We may transfer these Terms to a buyer of our business. We'll tell you if that happens.
  • Whole agreement. These Terms, together with the Copyright Policy and any terms shown to you at checkout, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

  • No waiver. If we don't enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Events outside our control. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control. This doesn't take away your right to get credits back when a paid job fails (Section 6.7).
  • Our relationship. These Terms don't make us partners. They don't make either of us the other's employer or agent.
  • Headings and examples. Headings are for convenience. "Including" and "for example" mean the examples aren't a complete list.
