DailyReels Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

We respect creators' rights, and our Terms of Service don't allow anyone to use DailyReels to infringe them. This policy explains how to tell us about copyright infringement, how someone can respond, and what we do about people who infringe repeatedly.

How DailyReels works, in short

DailyReels is a private studio. Customers make short videos with AI tools and keep them in a private library. There's no public gallery or feed, and DailyReels doesn't post anything to social media. So most reports we get will be about a video someone made with DailyReels and posted somewhere else.

  • We can remove what we store: content in a DailyReels library, and copies we can ask our AI providers to delete.
  • We can't remove posts on other sites. If a video is on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or anywhere else, please send your notice to that site too.
  • DailyReels videos don't carry a visible watermark or DailyReels label. Some AI models we use, such as Google's, add an invisible AI marker, but it doesn't show which account made a video. So we may not always be able to tell whether a video was made with DailyReels. We'll check what we can and tell you if we can't find it.

Send copyright notices to:

Copyright Agent
DailyReels LLC
784 S Clearwater Loop, Ste R, Post Falls, ID 83854
Email: legal@dailyreels.ai (subject line: "Copyright notice")

Email is fastest. This address is for copyright and other legal notices only. For help with your account, email support@dailyreels.ai.

Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (registration number DMCA-1082362).

What a notice must include

U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)) requires a written notice with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner. Typing your full name works.
  2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed. If there are several, a representative list is fine.
  3. The material you believe infringes, with enough detail for us to find it. A link, the account email if you know it, or a clear description.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

A notice that leaves out one of these may not be valid. If it's close, we'll tell you what's missing.

Please be accurate. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Before you send a notice, consider whether the use might be allowed, for example as fair use.

What happens after a valid notice

  1. We remove or disable access to the material we store, and ask our AI providers to delete their copies.
  2. We tell the account holder what was removed and why, and send them a copy of the notice. That copy includes your name and contact details, because the law lets them reply to you.
  3. We record the notice against the account (see Repeat infringers).

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our copyright agent above. It must include (17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. What was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where DailyReels can be found), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

When we get a valid counter-notice, we send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them we'll restore the material in 10 business days. We restore it between 10 and 14 business days after we received the counter-notice, unless they first tell us they've filed a court action to stop the infringement.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We count "strikes":

  • A strike is a valid copyright notice about content in your account that you didn't successfully contest with a counter-notice.
  • We close an account that gets two strikes within 12 months, or three strikes in total.
  • A strike is removed if the notice is withdrawn, or if the material is restored after a counter-notice and no court action follows.
  • We may close an account after a single notice when the infringement is clearly deliberate, for example uploading whole films or albums.

Closing an account for repeat infringement is a closure for breaking our Terms (Terms section 18.3).

Trademarks and other rights

This policy covers copyright. For trademark, publicity, or other rights, email legal@dailyreels.ai with a description and a link. If someone used DailyReels to show your face, voice, or name, or an intimate image of you, see our Support page: those reports are handled faster.
